    Regardless what photo I try to upload, I keep getting bulletin/invalid file.
    Is there a time limit before I will be able to post photo ?
    I am posting from my compter just like in previous sites.

    Size has alot to do with what you are posting. Also how many kb is a factor. I use a program called thumbs to edit my pictures. Then it is a matter of shrinking them down and reducing the clarity of the image.

    Here is the criteria for profile pics (ie. avatars).
    The maximum size of your image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB. (cannot be larger, in either aspect)

    To check the size of your image, right click on it and select 'properties' or "view image info', or similar wording.

    If needed, you can resize your image with any photo editing program, as lovesthedrive mentioned.
    I'm not familiar with 'thumbs' program, but have used IrfanView (free program) and Paint Shop Pro (paid program).
