If you guys are posting to the seeking employment forum some of those posts will go into moderation..

Other times it will be a word in the post that sends it to moderation....like facebook or myspace. I have had my posts go into moderation before...lol

sometimes it's the link you use. In the past I would link to smilie faces and it would always go to moderation. Frankly I believe Mastertech was just jealous of my fantabulous smilies that had legs and little hands.
