I'm an avid tournament Texas Holdem NL player and if the slim chance arises I'll hit a casino poker room.
I've played in four WSOP events and have cashed alot more than I lost.

If I can find a place to bobtail and take a hike, I normally do that. Otherwise I normaly start the day by jogging, do a little laundry, then when I get back I try to find a nice place to eat and have a few drinks within walking distance of wherever the truck is parked. Sometimes, I'll lube the chassis and drivetrain, clean the truck, or do some other type of little maintenance while having a few beers, then maybe watch a movie on the laptop. When I had my truck, I kept a little dirtbike on the catwalk and would go try to find some trails to explore.

I throw my bow and a small target under the bunk and let a few arrows fly. (with a safe backstop). It keeps me in good form for deer season.

I spent too much time riding those naval vessels to look at em now. only run when the wife is lookin for me and I'm not much of a history buff. so I look for nice place to eat and then clean the truck good make sure laundry is up to snuff then rest and relax for the next round of runs. ooh and make sure my paperwork is done so the paycheck keeps coming.

We went to Niagra Falls this weekend....Had a great time! There was another couple sitting next to us at the truckstop when we were getting ready to go and they decided to come with us.
We had a lot of fun and made some new friends in the process.
I try to do the tourist thing whenever it's possible because there are lots of cool things to do in almost any town I'm in.
