I would think that would defined by each location manager.. no one says they have to be consistent when dogging you for eating half your weight.
Push back away from the table, you'll live longer.

If I owned a restaurant, I'd say you could have seconds, but don't press your luck... mom wouldn't have let me eat the whole danged refrigerator.

I worked in a Smorgasboard restaurant in high school. Every Sunday we had Prime Rib and Ham rounds. There was this 400lb woman that come in every week and she got her money's worth. She could put down 6-7 plates. We were like "Oh no, here she comes".

One birthday I went to an all you can eat steamed shrimp deal. I put down like 6 plates. Like Doc said, they were bringing me bread. I'd push it aside and say, more cocktail sauce please, lol. I think they got mad at me.
I think if you don't turn lunch into dinner too, you're okay.

I'm pretty sure my brothers and I are a prime reason The Keg no longer has all-you-can-eat lobster & steak.

One of my oldest brother's friends wanted to enter us in a spaghetti eating contest. He was willing to bet big money on us.

Those chinese buffets are the worst man! We got one here by the house. The food is always awsome but it seems like you're hungry again an hour after setting your personal buffet record. It must be something in the food.

This is one truck stop rule I can understand. If they didn't have a time limit you would have megafleet drivers on 34 hr resets who aren't allowed to idle camping out at a restaurant table watching movies on phone or laptop and eating all 3 meals. Buy the steak and eggs breakfast, then have a steak for lunch and another for dinner.
