########. Just because it is "private property" and not on a public street doesn't give you a license to tear up whatever you feel like running over. It was a crash involving property damage, and the driver left the scene. It doesn't matter if it was a fuel pump that was run over or if he tore the hood off another truck, if he damaged property belonging to another person and then left the scene without leaving his information with the property owner, he's going to be charged with leaving the scene of a crash and disqualified for a year upon conviction.
Unless you are the property owner and you're running over your own stuff, you are still going to be held liable for whatever damage you cause.
I thought I hit something

Some of the Peelots in VA are ones that you need to really pay attention to where the trailer is tracking, They don't leave much turning room.

"Man ya'll shut up it was an accident, I didn't see it. That pump just popped up under my tires, came from across the lot and was like "man I'm gonna ruin this guys day and career." I was just talking to one of my girls from the big apple, felt like I just hit a pot hole till the worker from the store came a running." Some people need to just not be driving the same highway me, my family or anyone else's family run.

Glad it was a fuel pump...that can be replaced.
I don't like knowing that other people have to share the road with this kind of moron. -
Well I ran over a tree first part of this week..
Was going into the shipper with a deck insert in and was 142' long.
Narrow street and the drive had a wide entrance to it that narrowed down tight.
Told my rear car that I might be going ove the curb and please watch the right side.
She said ok. I also told her there was a manhole cover sticking up on that side. I was turning and up to the gate when I hear her say, Oh you just ran over a tree.
I'm like huh?
The tree was a small sapling. I informed the yard foreman and ended up filling out reports with them and my company.
She got canned. Found out she was on the #### computer on facebook doing her farmville game.
She did'nt mention that part. I had another person send me a text about her being logged in from 9 am untill 10:30am. I got the tree at 10:15.
Yes I hit the tree and took the blame,as I'm the one driving... But sure would of been nice to have a good spotter doing their job.
