I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody regarding this but did find the inspection online.
From what I can tell, the list of violations is written as what they are not doing...
MCDONALDS
Violations Notes Inspection Date: 6/28/2012 Insects, rodents, & other pests controlled Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, design Non-food contact surfaces clean; Cleaning frequency
So basically saying they are not cleaning and rodents are not being controlled.

Most likely you will hear nothing.
Many years ago, I worked at a fast food restaurant while in high school.
Every once in a while, we would receive word that an inspection was coming up. We would clean it up and be on the toes for the week.
Once, there was a call the night before and late work was done to clean up for the surprise visit.

I used to supervise at a Jack in the Box in Texas when I was 17. Store was always clean and proper food handling procedures were followed under my watch. I always scored 100% when inspected by the health dept. I take food safety seriously.

I have gotten sick from 4 Micky D's in my travels. The one in Vinta, one other on the OK pike, one on an OH pike and one on a IL pike. I have not eatin a Micky "mouse" burger in 15 years! If you are eastbound, just wait till Joplin.
