Not true.
A few years ago, i called the local health dept. on one of the T/A's in OK City, and reported that they were crawiling bugs, etc on my table, while trying to eat dinner.
Two weeks to the day, i got a phone call and an email back from the County Health inspector, thanking me for reporting this problem, and that they did indeed find violations, that the resturant had 7 days to correct,( thats the normal time span, to fix violations ) or face further violations, or complete shut down of operations of the restraunt.
I then also recived a phone call from the Regioanl Manager, ( i had complained to the home office) thanking me as well, and offering a free meal of my choice, the next time i was in the area. I haven't been back since)

 

I say keep on them, and if you don't get a response in the next couple of weeks, let them know you have contacted the local meadia, as well as posted your comments on social media pages. That will wake them up.

 

It has been over 36 years ago when I was dealing with the food industry.

I would certainly hope something from 2 or 3 years ago would be different with the internet and such.

 

There is a McDonalds by the loves in OKC off 44 that has way too many flies.

After reading this thread, I haven't stopped at that particular McDonald's ever since.
Ugh, and to think I did stop there once. gross.

 

Went by it Monday night and again Tuesday morning. Thought about this thread both times.

 

Oklahoma has a lot of flies this year.. and its not even fly season.. that's later in the summer.. GADS I hate this place!!
