Why does this place always have things broken or not working properly? TransFlo scanning hasn't worked the last 2 times I've been here. You know who has a working TripPak scanning machine, a working shower system and a laundry room that takes both credit cards and quarters? The Flying J across the street. I'm fed up with this TA and never staying there again.

And so have you contacted TA's home office,,, I have had issuses at another of thier locations, posted my comments on that big social media web site, and the next day had things corrected in my favor. Posting on a page where they are not really watching, won't do any good. If no one complains to managment via a email , phone call, soical media, nothing ever gets fixed or taken care of.

Absolutely correct! Go to the website and complain. I have complained to TA/Petro in the past and what I complained about was addressed.

You should skip the website and complain directly to Cliff from cheers over a beer.
