Look across the street from the J in Checotah at the El Jaroche Mexican restaurant. They have truck-parking and some of the best fajitas and chile rellenos ever.

My wife buys the Jose Ole chimichangas and cooks them in the lunchbox oven while I'm driving and wraps it up for me to eat. A 1$ at most Walmarts. Also the El Monterrey taquitos are easily heated up and eaten while driving as well.

And also there is a yellow taco truck in Laredo, TX that parks outside of the J there that has killer fajita tacos.

Last time I was at El Jaroche I had the chicken flautas with a mole that was To. Die. For.
I think I left there with a plate stuck in my throat.
