    Look across the street from the J in Checotah at the El Jaroche Mexican restaurant. They have truck-parking and some of the best fajitas and chile rellenos ever.

    Good to know. I love finding decent restaurants on the road that we can either walk to or park at. I go up that way from time to time. I will check it out.

    The effing J in Beaver Utah has Mexican food on sight.its not the prettiest but the food is good. Best refried beans I've ever had

    My wife buys the Jose Ole chimichangas and cooks them in the lunchbox oven while I'm driving and wraps it up for me to eat. A 1$ at most Walmarts. Also the El Monterrey taquitos are easily heated up and eaten while driving as well.

    And also there is a yellow taco truck in Laredo, TX that parks outside of the J there that has killer fajita tacos.
