I'm a wife who works ten hours a day AND prepares dinners for my family. Maybe I should get a missus. Or, better yet, maybe you can help me explain to my husband why we should eat our more often. I kinda like how you think! :yes2557:

Walmart has saved me a lot, family dollar is good too. The biggest waste of money I see is guys who buy the 5 hr energy shots. As for the hot dogs, Nathan's Coney Island dogs rule!

The magic of the 30 minute break is that it fits very nicely in a "hammer down" schedule, all you have to do is plan for it and use Google Maps to look at potential Walmarts on your route and pick one that is easy in and out. 30 minutes is about right for me to finish replenishing my fresh produce and other essentials. Most WM's allow overnight parking and are open 24 hours, so they also make a good choice for taking a 10 as long as you are a good citizen and don't leave a mess in the parking lot (which prompts the manager to start posting "No Trucks" signs).

I generally get to a Walmart about twice a week. Keeps the produce fresher when I don't purchase as much each time. Each Walmart has a slightly different selection, so I go with whatever is best.

Beyond Walmarts I try to get into alternative stores with better produce whenever possible.

What works good in the trk is the ninja juicer, vita mix. Although the ninja juicer is less in cost and has the single serve cups. It makes juicing in the trk with out waste. Buy your fresh produce and divide it up into single servings like chard, celery etc, and have a smoothie every morning. Be surprised what you can do with it, and combinations. I'm a big guy always have been, but have no health problems. Really gives you a kick start in the morning. Makes getting your fruits and veggies really easy. When done just rinse the cup and blades off and your done. But have to agree nathans hot dogs are the best you can buy in the store.
