Do what you want to, but I can't imagine how tasty eating a 4.5 pound steak would be.skibum_63, drvrtech77, tow614 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Don't forget the pictures. Good luck.
-
it wasnt a t-bone some kind of steak with a pound of fat around it.
JohnBoy Thanks this. -
Defiantly not a TBone... You'd have a tough time chewing and digesting the bone.
JohnBoy Thanks this. -
I used to go in there every time I layed over in Amarillo (use their free shuttle service from any of the nearby truck stops), I enjoyed having a few beers or drinks at the bar after a filet or ribeye dinner with a glass of wine, but lately they have began gouging on beer and drink prices to the point I recently said no more. Seems like a jack and coke was $8.00 last time. And this comes from one who is not against paying premium price for a bit of atmosphere and to get away from the truck stops but that place aint THAT special and their steaks aren't THAT spectacular ... good, but not any better then say an outback or similar.
JohnBoy Thanks this. -
It's my understanding that the 70 oz steak is a roast.
tow614, blairandgretchen and JohnBoy Thank this. -
I got the 14 ounce Ribeye, it was great and I was full, a skinny kid ate half the 72 pincer while I was there
-
he couldn't eat the other half the fat and gristle
-
I was on wheat harvest with a guy that ate that steak deal twice. Not at the same sitting of course..
