    Was going to stop there for the night. Is it good, bad, safe, dangerous. Heard the ta in Gary is bad. But how is this one.

    Lake station is fine.

    I do the j there and never been bothered + its a triple/double pts location. Lemme know if they fixed the interchanges yet.

    (And yes you'll fit under the bridge to get back onto the tollway. Its the next one you'd hit)

    Ya I understand that. But I do have a load of freight as well as 18 tires and 2 cb ant not to mention what's in the cab. There are places with higher chances of lizards and crack heads messing with your stuff then other places.

    In almost 13 years I've never had my stuff messed with over the rad, no matter how "bad" the area was. My truck was broken into at home.

    I'm guessing I'm getting answer from ppl that have no knowledge of this stop. Not including cargowahgo. All that other stuff is pretty general that I'm more then aware of. But like I said some places are worse then others and no matter how hard you "lay low" or "don't be a target" it comes knocking on your door or snooping in your trailer. So can I get input from anyone with real knowledge of this location or of the area. Thank you.

    Personally, I wouldn't stay there overnite. I would go to the 16, and stay at what used to be the Petro.

    The redone Petro in Gary is nice ..... stayed there a few weeks ago

    Stayed at the lake station J .....several time with no issues other than them not plowing the lot very well
