I had pulled off to the side on WA99 to call my dispatcher after unloading in Federal Way and had a waitress from a restaurant come out and threaten to call the cops if I didn't leave. Keep in mind there were NO signs saying no parking and there was a truck in front of me. I told her I was thinking about having an early lunch but she made my decision for me.joseph1135 Thanks this. -
Sneak into the Swift yard in Sumner. I bet they won't even notice...

They are starting to work on the lot, getting rif of the craters and paving.

yes the Seattle metro area is way short on Truck stops, because of the NIMBY attitude.
There is a Pilot I-5 Tumwater/ Olympia, which fills up, but at the same exit on the west side, there is a a place you can park.
Next option is the TA On I-90 at Northbend. I know many refuse to pay for reserved parking, but then you don't have a load out of the area, this is the best option. -

Ernie's is closed right now. I drove past it a couple days ago. Putting in new pumps.
You can try taking 24th St exit off SR 167 near Sumner. 24th will turn into 142nd Ave E at the corner. The corner will be tight. There are some side streets like 32nd St E that you may be able to park on.
