How hot is to hot

Taco Bell is nothing more then an American fast food joint.All their sauces is like ketchup.Or maybe its just me.The spiceier the better.Only place that serves real Mexican food and has any type of hot sauce is a Spanish person that owns and runs it.

That hot sauce is 12x's hotter than any grade of pepper spray..

 

The problem with hot sauce is that they have no flavor. They detract from the natural flavors of the food to begin with.

Mild salsa makes an omlette better, Tobasco sauce stinks.

 

You have to use it in moderation. I actually like Tabasco, but it is based with vinegar which makes it more pungent than hot. If you want hot, try Dave's Insanity Sauce...I use it when I have a bowl of New England Clam Chowder and three drops in a bowl add a lots of heat and flavor. Anything more is just painful and drowns out the actual taste of the food. I watched a drunken idiot try to do a full tablespoon of that stuff one time and he yakked up all over the bar about 15 seconds after he swallowed it.
