Ludlow Cafe - Ludlow, CA i40 x 50

    Thanks for replying.

    I'm sure, it was on I-40. About the 1st of 2nd exit coming east, on the south side. The cafe & fuel stop was separate, they were a bit old in those days so it would not be surprising that it would be long gone.

    Generally I would turn off on HWY 96 going south & hit I-10, we usually ran the southern route, usually at the top of the mountain before Needles I would stop & check my tires before hitting the two lane road with nothing on it until you got to Blyth.

    And every once in a while I would cut across to Parker, depending on the load I was pulling & the time of day.

    I suppose many of the places I stopped at are forever gone & the scenery is forever changed, yet they still come to my mind every now & again.
