PFJ can't afford any more bad publicity, no matter the cause or source. They best take care of this pronto.

I am still broke down. My company towed me up to Byran TX, to get my truck running again.
The Freightliner dealership in Converse TX, was so busy they couldn't even get to my truck
until Wednesday the 27th. They couldn't get it to start again on Friday, so here I sit again.
My FM told me if they cant get it running by Monday they are going to tow my truck all the
way to Nashville TN. That will cost about $6000, plus the $2500 they already have spent
getting me towed twice so far. They have also spent $800 on my hotel rooms and $350 on
a TA Road Service truck. I am also getting break down pay and my company is going to
charge Pilot Inc. for having the truck out of service and making the load I was hauling
several days late to the shipper. Another driver got it from me on Thursday. If I do get a
tow back to Nashville I am getting a one way car rental back to Tennessee about 850 or
so miles. This was a very expensive mistake for Pilot to make. They knocked dozens of
trucks out of service with this screw up...

so why didn't your company rent a truck from Penske or Ryder? At lest that way you could of been getting some miles. Then when the truck is fixed, you go back and get it.

Why would my company rent me a truck from Penske? V
Besides I am getting paid to sit here. What good would it
do if I complained to Pilot.myself? The truck dosent even
belong to me. Pilot is paying my company for all loses that
this problem created. So I guess you just think I should
never have posted on here about what happened to me?
What a great idea! Let Pilot screw everyone and never
    let it get any publicity.
