Going a little bit out of my usual territory here. I need fresh hours at LaCross so running in from Madison or Racine does me no good. Only truckstops I see on the West side of Wisconsin are up in Hudson so that does me no good either. I don't see anything in Minnesota on I-90 other then a scale. Anyone know how big and/or crowded the rest area @ mm 20 WB is? Right now that's looking like plan "A".
Recommendations for LaCross WI?

Tomah, just north of the 90/94 split on 94, has a large Kwik-Trip travel center with a restaurant and showers, there are also a couple going at around the West Salem area, on 90 just east of LaCrosse.
There is one on 90 at the top of the long hill at Nodine, on the MN side, it was something else but it's now a Kwik-Trip. -
Hi Infosaur, here's a list within 100 miles of LaCrosse. http://www.bigtruckdrivingjobs.com/truck-stops/Wisconsin/La_Crosse.html

Thanks guys.
I ship out tomorrow but does anyone who runs in this area know which ones tend to fill up, or have security issues?
(or frankly just rip off the customers?) -

Exit 12 on the Wisconsin side. There is a smaller Cenex on the north side of the road and a little bit bigger one on the South side.

River States Freightliner, exit on hwy 16 and go back behind the motels whose drive is just before the Woodmans Supermarket. as long as truck dealers seem to be counted.
Nodine(Kwik Trip) is probably 15 miles on 90 west of the river. -
The rest area on the Mn side doesn't usually have many trux in it since its kinda pain to get in....
BUT....if you've never been out that way...great view of river&lock& If you get up early just might catch a Bald Eagle or 2 comin down off the hill to fish for bkfst...... -
I don't have my truck stop book with me but I believe it's exit 12 ( not positive ) there is 2 trucks stops one on the north side and one on the south side... Both have ample parking... The one on the south side has a subway and a coney island hot dog place and I believe a bar I know they have showers also its a BP truck stop and its open 24 hours.... The one on the north side is a Cenex that has a sit down restarunt that isnt open 24/7...
I think the town is either sparta or west salem.... cant remember
