No smoking parking spot

I don't think I have a pic of the sign anymore, but you can no longer smoke outside of your vehicle in any Iowa rest area. 'bout fell out the truck laughing the first time I saw the sign.

 

so how are they going to enforce? Have non smoking parking section ?
I gotta call bs on this.
Pilot isn't about to pay someone to stand there 24/7/365 to ensure no one who smokes park in that section, hell 90% of the time they cant even empty the garbage cans.

 

That could be the PENALTY if your caught smoking in the no smoking parking area , they put a BOOT on the left front wheel of your tractor and until you cleanup the trash and empty the cans your not going anywhere.

 

Ya know, I never smoked (I am near 60 years old) until all this "no smoking" crap started. Don't tell me what, or what not, to do, please.
