No smoking parking spot

That's actually not a bad idea.
Nothing like sitting there on a nice day with Windows Open..and a chain smoker pulls up next to me.

Just like in North Bend Wa at the T/A there are signs that say no smoking within 15ft of entrance or something.
Something about a State or Local Law? No idea., didn't pay that much attention to it..
Anyway..
Of course there were people smoking right in front of the door.


Were they enforcing it ? lol

 

in Ontario Canada smoking is not allowed within 30 feet of the entrance to a building , but usually the guy holding the door open for you has a smoke in his other hand

 

Possible area for tankers nearby ? Safe haven area nearby ?

 

SMOKE FREE haven about time , nothing worse than a non smoker , clean truck parked next to a team reinacting UP IN SMOKE from the CHEECH AND CHONG days but with cigarettes , smell lingers in the truck afterwards

 

How come no one has made no reefer parking? Flatbedders would be thrilled.

 

I bet not too many smokers that park there follow that policy.

 

What if you gotta run a parked regeneration?

 

My wife insists that they are scared and park next to us skateboarders 'cause they feel safer there.

 

I would be up for a no idle zone but some APU's are noisier than the engines.
