Dude how are you a road train member on a trucking site and you've never driven a truck?

In 2010 I showered at Loves North of Vegas, when I got back to my truck the step/battery cover (379 Pete) was gone (along with my IFTA sticker).

I was thinking the same thing lol

I have not had anything stolen from me but if I was to catch someone stealing from me I don't know what I would do. I also watch my surroundings when I get parked and watch what others are doing. Even watch for suspious people looking at other trucks wouldn't hesitate questioning someone doing something that don't look right

I might've stolen some of you all's fuel. jk. I've had fuel stolen once, about 100 gallons, wasn't my money, so I wasn't too upset. I said that, so I could say this. I did have a tv/vcr combo stolen from a locked truck at the company yard while I was home for the wknd. Before I left the yard Monday, I put the remote in the drivers lounge with a note that said, "if you're the one who stole the TV from trk#...., here's the remote that goes with it." I was upset over the TV being stolen.

What I normally do is try to park in the front at truck stops and I keep a taser also in my truck but if I'm Parking in a bad area before I go to sleep I put my seat belt through my door panels and look them.

What grandpa used to say a lock keeps an honest man honest

I have had chains stolen off the trailer, I have had my CB stolen. At one point in time my 1993 379EXHD had a lot of chrome in it the got in it took off all the little push on switch extensions and took the CB and gear shift handle all the stuff that was easy got. Sittin on an off ramp can't remeber where for the life of me with a van trailer and a 2000 379 EXHD. This was when it was brand spanken new it had just run alittle under 11,000 miles and I was still on the first run headed home, I pulled over on the ramp to take a nap and woke up to the sound of glass breakin I came outta the bunk and some little kid was sittinin the riders seat and then he jumped out. I slammed the door and and got dressed and took off drive all the way home with glass embedded in my foot and a broke wing glass in the winter time. I've had fuel stole a few times not here recently (5-10 years) but I've had it stolen.

I don't lock my drivers side door most generally because all that's gonna do is keep and honest man honest. All 3 other doors stay locked but I do usually trip the air lock button when I get out but I don't think that they work very well. I came out of the truck stop one day and seen a guy standing on the step looking in my truck I walked up behind him and said "See anything you like?" He jumped and ran pretty fast. It's funny how scared some people are when they guy who owns it shows up.
