    I'm tryin not eat in fast food places or restaurant's as much on the road.. though occasionally. I do .. Like G/MAN has said over and over.. budget.. budget budget..

    dinner tonight.. 2 chewy granola bars from the flavor pack.
    a cup of coffee and a 16.9 fluid oz botttled water.. in my truck

    Had a bowl of cereal this am before I left. Mama packed my lunch (sandwich, banana and a snack), and I think I'll fire up the grill when I get home.

    Biscuits and gravy. Small egg and a sunndy d. Cost about 4 bucks at heartland express poplar bluff mo.

    Lunch is lunchable cracker pack, mixed fruit and water.

    Most likely have steak fajitas for supper.

    Made 10 chicarrones con chile burritos, one meal of what didnt go into the burritos and 6 meals worth of pork ribs for my trip up to Washington.

    only one meal today. but it was a good one buffet at the midwest truck plaza $11.80 yes i over eat...

    Let's see now, Cajun salmon with a side salad of fresh greens, snow peas, tossed in vinegrette topped with avocado, and then Parmesan on top. Finished with fresh raspberries and sliced fresh pineapple.
    I guess that's why I don't eat in truckstops. Too expensive and the quality of food is poor.
    I make my own, I have my own way of making things.
    Anyone can do it but you have to be motivated and have a little knowledge of cooking. Of course it works out cheaper, and much healthier too.

    Bfast we both had hot bfast sandwich and a monster at pilot Georgetown KY, $8

    Lunch nothing $0

    Dinner subway subs, chips, fountain drinks,candy bar, pilot Kannapolis NC, $3 (used up some points we had racked up)

    oh yes you can ..if the cow walks funny it $172 if he laying down and shaking $100 or less..... laying down and sleeping $25
