I really enjoy Whataburger. I can walk to one of them from where I deliver (I have a dedicated route). There are some locations with truck parking.

I also would suggest Backyard Burgers. Although it is somewhat pricey, the food is of quality. There is one across the street from the Flying J in Fairview, Tennessee (exit 182 of I 40).

Five Guys is awesome. Never had a greasy burger from there. Love their hot dogs and cajun fries too.

The one in Kettlemen City is good with easy access, as is the one in Hesperia. You must have had a bad Five Guys. Because they have great burgers.

The easiet and best way to make any cheeseburger taste great from any place, including vending machines, is, mustard, ketchup (catsup), mayonnaise, and most importantly, salt and pepper.

Most fast food joints don't "season" their burgers cuz the employees are too lazy to put on the salt and pepper. So open that burger, grab and a salt and a pepper packet, sprinkle some on that meat patty and enjoy.

There's some that do bring the little smokey joe sized grill and do alright. Just don't grill right on top of a fuel tank or toss lit ashes in the trash and there should be no issues. I better say not to cook in the truck with it, otherwise someone will and I'll have to pay to get warning stickers made.

As for a good burger, Portillos, suggested by TruckDuo makes a great burger, also hot dogs and Italian beef's. I see they have expanded to AZ and CA along with a few spots in NW Indiana - worth the stop!
