    I happened to go out that way Monday night, and I noticed new signage first, it was for Kwik Trip at the same location.


    Still has the CAT scale but all new buildings and the old ones are gone. Pilot had remodeled it with new showers not that long ago, and the restaurant had been there for years.


    It is the location at exit 179 Northeast Drive. There is at least one more Kwik Trip in Austin west of there a few exits with truck fueling. I don't know about showers, I didn't stop to ask.

    That was an old truck stop and Pilot leased the property, went to buy it and apparently they wanted to much, and Pilot pulled out. Kwik Trip is better anyway, lol.

    Kwik Trip rebuilt the old truck stop east of there at exit 266. It's the Nodine exit right before you go down the hill to Wisconsin. Clean place, showers and pretty good food too.

    Wish there were more QTs myself....stopped at what must be a new one in Greenville, TX this morning. Not a lot of parking, but very pleasant.
