Well sure. But as you know it's not easy to build a new TS with regulations and Opposition and stuff like that.
Just saying it was sold because the owners weren't making enough money or just were ready to move on.
Times are a changing and these older places are having trouble keeping up.
Sooner or later place like that is going out of business, and I'd rather see someone purchase it and keep it as a a TS as opposed to being closed.

 

There doom was pretty much signed when Loves put in a truck stop next door and started undercutting them on pretty much everything. The truck wash they run tho always did a #### good job and always a line.

 

Are you sure they got bought out ? Or are they just going to sell Pilot fuel? Kinda like Wings on 80 at Avoca Ia.

Yes it's KJ'S with Mitchel's restaurant, which has been in business for 35 + years. US 20 @ LEWISVILLE RD.
