The pros: large lot, not really frequented by the megas except for Gordon and Interstate. Big restaurant, relatively clean restrooms.
The cons: the restaurant. I just ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries, because it's not easy to be horrible, and it was. One waitress and she wasn't all that attentive, even with just me and two other patrons. Bathrooms are a bit of a walk from the lot.
There is a shop and truck wash here. It's a nice quiet place to take a break. Just don't come expecting a good meal. Apparently the locals like it, I guess, but my experience wasn't great in the restaurant.

I've passed there a million times but never stayed there... usually stayed in Coburg or went up further north to the J

Joe, I'd give the restaurant another try. I like the vegetable soup, that's usually all I eat there, but IIRC the meatloaf was pretty good too. I've also had a good time eating in the bar while watching football. The little shop there changed a water pump for me last year, they were reasonably fast, reasonably priced and pretty nice folks to boot.
Overall I probably like the TA down @ Coburg a bit better, but I can never get a parking spot there.joseph1135 Thanks this. -
Try breakfast there. I like the place, thank god for reliable places to park.

I'll keep that place in mind...we have a couple customers in that area...would be nice to park a little closer and quit wasting so much of the ole' 14.
