Pilot sends off customer satisfaction surveys every once in a while. I get one a couple times a week.

Usually it's all about the performance of the station and it's employees. So I was a little amused to see this question tossed in.

It really only takes me 10 minutes or less to fuel, but they said pull to the yellow line. So whatever. In addition to this question, there were others asking about what they could do to improve the process.

Im pointing this out since pilot does seem to listen to what the drivers say (to some degree). If you get these surveys and don't fill them out, then you might want to start.

    Other questions on mine included:
What could we do to speed up the process?
What incentives could we offer to help you speed up your fuel time?
What are the biggest delays for fueling?

If you don't do the surveys it's cool, but I figure I get a dollar in points for my time. May as well.

(Note: you MUST have a registered and activated loyalty card to get the surveys in your email inbox!)

It is pretty rare. Most of the lines are people who don't pull up or stay at the yellow line too long. (...I wonder if they asked the drivers to "paint" that line?)

Fueling late at night or very early morning seems to help avoid that. Really just wanted to make people away of the survey. Peelot may as well be a mega like SNI, Crete and others. They care about their bottom line.

Sapp Bros in Odessa Ne (home of KAK)
I was there on Wed 86 degrees
says to myself "self a nice cold drink be good"
ice was out at the fountain drinks
so i asked the guy at the register for some ice
he says you will just have to wait for the machine to catch up
after telling him what I thought of that idea I left
so Sapp Bros needs a survey or I shudda stayed at the fuel pump
mixing my threads and waiting on ice :biggrin_2557:
