I think USIS has cost me at least one job. I had a bad thing on my driving record. It was a screw up from my state. It was corrected in the state where I used to have a license.

I ordered my DAC a few days ago. I wanted to get it sooner. So I called DACFix. com. They can't get it to me any faster.

After talking to a recruiter who told me "call anytime." We both came to the conclusion that USIS was giving out old information as my MVR was corrected. They just didn't update my info.

When I spoke with a "driver advocate" at DACFix she told me if that was indeed the case they couldn't help me and to contact an attorney.

I called the recruiter at a company that was telling me to get ready to get my physical as soon as my back ground came back. When it did come back I couldn't get the recruiter to return my calls.

I think they got the same info.

I called USIS and talked to them. They told me to get things fixed with the state. I told her twice that it had been fixed. I asked her if they could update my MVR info.

She told me repeatedly that they don't provide MVR info to the companies. I told her Werner gave me a copy.

I was very nice to her. I didn't want to tell her she was full of poo, and talking out her arse.

So as it sits I am waiting on my DAC to see what is on there.

Anyone have the capability of getting one instantly? PM me!

The only thing DAC/USIS/Hireright or todays name has to do with your MVR is that they get it from your state and foward to the employer. They have no ability to enter or remove info from it.

I actually called USIS yesterday to see if my former employer put anything in there. The lady was nice. She told me when the last enquiry was. I quit my last job a week ago. I was checking for anything negative.

I am sure that I am not the only trucker out there that has been harmed by DAC. The chickens have come home to roost on DAC and they have settled the lawsuit against them. I have a check waiting for me at home that the attorneys in the lawsuit have sent me in the amount of 4100.00.
Had I not sent in a written complaint to the attorneys a year or so ago,I would be getting a check for 10.00.
They had screwed up big time on my report.
They claimed I had been arrested for Heroin Possesion!
I have never seen heroin before nor ever knew anyone who took it.

The only way its ever going to change is if you get a lawyer and fight them in court.

I'm not understanding this? It seems like you just need to get your MVR from your state. In NJ they call that an abstract it will cost you $10 here. You can get it online or go to an office and get it. You might want to look into it in your state.
