How long would a reckless operation stay on my record?

I got a reckless operation and 2 points on my license when I turned 16. I haven't even been stopped since.

I'm 23 now, and I'm wanting to sign on with Central Refridgerated for their trucking school. Their application forms asked me to list any traffic violations regardless of age. I didn't list my reckless op.

It was 7 years ago, and it was before 18, so would they even be able to find out about it if they looked?

Your state DMV web site should have that on there somewhere. I'd check it. Here its like 5 years.

Most companies don't gp back but 3 yrs but if the state you live in is like NC then 7 yrs it has dropped off you no longer have any pioints cause of it and should not have any problems go to the dmv and get a copy of your driving record if its on there you will see it
