Attorneys
As an O/O I would never give legal advice, just like an attorney would never drive my truck.
What I will say is if you are a company driver or an O/O you need to put yourself on an even playing field with regard to the DOT/CSA.
I personally know one of the most educated DOT officers in my state and he has stated numerous times, that as a trucker you are breaking a law everyday when you get into your truck.
There are alot of ridiculus unscrupulous tickets being written and company drivers your company is not going to pay them, O/O well you know.
Get in touch with a legalshield representive.
You want equality in a truck, the above referenced web page will help you more than you as a trucker could ever imagine.
I have twenty five years in this industry both as a O/O and as a manager. I would never be without LegaShield.
Thanks
