I'd try to get the accident report if you can and then write your explanation so when you need to apply for a job you can tell your side of the story. Not to bad mouth you but you should have done that when it happened. But that's history and now all you can do is damage control.

Well both happened in the state of Ohio. which made it easy. A quick google search for "Ohio crash reports" got me to a state run website which has just about every accident report online in pdf form. I now have the reports on BOTH accidents. I had just come back from time off when the first accident occurred, and it put my truck out of commission for 2 weeks. The minivan destroyed the front of my engine, not to mention the radiator and grill in front of it. The old man driving the minivan didn't get a great deal either, he spent all that time in the hospital and got cited for a running a stop sign. I had just got back into my truck and was leaving out with my first load when the second accident occurred. Damn when it rains it pours. Anyhow, I got both police reports and both clearly state that I was not at fault in either accident. So I guess I'll hang on to those for the next 7 years. Thanks, I feel much better now.

I misunderstood and thought you said they were chargeable accidents. If they reports say all what you just said I don't think you have anything to worry about. Especially since one got a ticket for running the stop sign. Of course your anti-gravity system wasn't working so you couldn't just float over the car so you might be at fault. I wouldn't worry about either one of them ,however, if there's any place for rebuttal I would take the time and write out your side of what happened.

Dac vs Slander???????

I am wondering since things are slow at work and I have been reading a lot of post! Concerning D.A.C, USIS if a company puts a statement on your report that is false or misleading that causes a person to lose out on future jobs. Can a person be succsessful at suing said company. Just checking to see if anyone has ever tried?

The DAC is a black list

I the dac is a black list and needs to be taken to court for all the driver that can't get work because of what thay report, and the companys that send the data need to pay for the lost wages of those drivers, I hope to talk to a lawyer soon to see if trucker could bring a class action against dac and the companys that try to use dac to black list driver stay tuned for more info
