Could you go get your physical and send Indiana a copy of the form? then mabe they would undo whatever they did. sounds like to little to late but if your going to get your CDL again your going to need the physical eventually anyway. Sounds like a lot of beaurocratic red tape.

My state doesnt require you to have a DOT physical to maintain your CDL. (in other words, they dont suspend it if your physical expires).

Most states now have phone numbers to the DMV and licensing drpartments !! Perhaps call them and ask. They may have the CORRECT answer to your question..Good Luck.

i spoke with the florida dmv headquarters customer service as well as indiana bmv who directed me to the dept of revenue who handles the cdl related stuff. according to the indiana bmv, as far as they are concerned the license shows valid even though A) it is expired since 2003 and B) showing that I am ineligible in the records because of the expired dot card. the indiana bmv people did see that it was disqualified but as much as said they couldn't tell me how to fix it since the dor was the people to talk to.

Dept. of Rev said I could either go to a branch and take all the tests and physicals and be done or the letter from florida dmv saying that i am doing the above
