Your gonna eat up more in attorney fees, than the time and trouble.
File unemployment on them, and report to better business bureau?
    I really don't know?

POSSIBLY put a lean on his property til payment is received, but its
gonna cost to put a lean.I did one back years ago, cost around $350
To file. You can also take him to small claims court,a lot cheaper, and gets results

Must be one of those blasted automatics. Driver, those things quit just because its Friday. Tell the company to sit and rotate on their "you pay for the repairs" idea and start looking for a better carrier to drive for. When you are a company employee, equipment maintenance and repair is the responsibility of the equipment's owner.

These companies that want to pay low wages and make the driver responsible for the cost of unscheduled repairs need to be stopped.
