| C-CORP now it makes no difference what kind of company you have o/o or not . a c-corp is supposed to offer you some level of protection agains liability, if you sued they can sue the corp but not you personaly, thats the way it is supposed to be not the way it is . first if you do decide to incorperate do no under any circumstance atatch any of your personal information to the corperation if you do what little protection you have is now gone if you get sued not only the corperation gets sued but you personaly they can take it all. as it is today nobody will have anything to do with a new corperation without your personal information atached to it in affect making the corperation worthless. now i have been out here almost 50 years but ive always been pretty much of an outlaw so i decide to go legal i incorperate c-corp, my corp expires in january it will not be renewed ill continue to be an outlaw. due to the economy and your friendly neighbor hood banker who by the way created this whole mess in the first place , why incorperate if it does you no good but makes you worse off. dont waste your money. luck to you.---sothernpride |
