I get paid 28% of what the company charges the broker, except fuel surcharge. But mine can also vary, if I'm the one who picks up the empty container from the container yard and also does the entire run the next day, then I get a little xtra out of the load, as well as if I have standby time, I get 28% of the $75.00 per hr the company charges for standby. Now if someone else picks up the container, and I do the run, then I only get 28% of the actual amount charged.
