I know that you are obviously the one who gets bent over and humped. Some companies would love to see a moron like you coming to work for them, and really loving it even more when you left. After costing them lots of money. You apparently think trucking companies are Gods. And must really love supporting their wrong doings and what not. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Maybe in a case you would be in. Things would be the way you say. I am sure you wouldnt be smart enough to detail and keep track of all the stuff. As far as anybody knowing when calls are recorded, and states and all that. They call my phone, they know its being recorded. Plain and simple. Now go on and find something more fullfilling to do with your corporate mouth, ok chump?

You are a complete moron. Times have changed since the 1940's when you must have been in a similar situation. #1, their records will be a matter of a court in no time anyway. In order for DOT to enforce compliance against their asking and demanding drivers to run illegal loads. Secondly, no, dont need a court order. Attorneys do it all the time. Third, I never said it wouldnt cost anything. I am sure there is some precentage attorney out there who would be eager to help. And if not, it doesnt matter because once things turn out against the company they have to PAY all those costs. You apparently know nothing court. You sue somebody, and they are found at fault for whatever reason. They are liable for all your expenses in getting whatever done. Had they just pulled their heads out of their rear you wouldnt have had to take it to court anyway.

Nah, dont need a break. Just need to stay local. JB was one of the best companies I ever worked for. I just had to quit there when my wife had her miscarriage. Arrow, sucks. Swift, well everyone knows that could be a better company, just didnt work out when I was there. Western, if they didnt push illegal loads, would be alright too. Sounds like maybe you need to take a break. Or get back to work. You sure spend a lot of time running your mouth. You dont know anything. You can argue all ya wanna. Good luck to you. If you ever find a job that it is.

    jtrnr1951 Thanks this.

Staff must love him too or he would have been banned long ago . I've never seen such nonsense go on so long . He says he never ran illegally . So what complaint does he have ? It is illegal to force or allow someone to violate HOS . There is no law against asking them . There are too many legitimate complaints that need investigating . Nothing worth bothering with here .
Then he tells him he quits and complains they take the truck when he is no longer employed by them .

Not the case at all. The staff all have jobs outside of the TR. We are not paid
one cent for our time spent here.
We cannot read each and every post that is written. Thats why there is a
report a post button. As soon as this thread was reported I got right on it.
