Same here, I am as well a happy customer trying to give my opinon. But since I have used it and enjoyed it so much, I have also decided to get on board with the company (since this is an option with the company I went with) so that I can help others get protected. I have already helped most of my family get coverage and get protected in more ways than one. Now, I am not trying to sell something here and I am not going to post ads or my information, but just say that since I have enjoyed it so much and since I am going to refer people to it anyways and recommend it, why not? I saw the benefit financially as well once I decided to look at that portion of it after being a member and being satisfied.

I think the commercial plan will be a benefit to you and your family if you are a driver! Good luck! I will be getting that soon too as well once hubby goes back out there in the wilderness!

I've been with the one everyone is talking about that has been around since 1972. I can't imagine getting behind the wheel without it. Just like I have Car, Motorcycle, Home, Life, Medical insurance I don't use any of them until I need them and Thank God I have them when I do. I've paid my legal service for the last 2 now and haven't called them once, but it's still worth it. But I had a 2 year strecth when one of my sons made it well worth it.
Plus I used it 4 years ago when my insurance said they wouldn't pay a claim for $3,600 on medical bill for my wife and all it took was 1 letter from them and the problem was solved without going to civil court, that's 144 months of monthly payments alone. People need to get coverage that covers more then just driving, have it cover your family.

I use Drivers Legal Plan with Jim Klepper. I will be finding out how well they work. I got a 12 over yesterday and handed it off to them today to deal with. (first time I've used them)

lol thats a good one

BUT even a Detroit can reach 57 in a 45. I thought the limit was 55, and there was a state fuzz that was more than willing to inform me it wasn't.

Just an update. Hubby has got the CDLP plan now for truckers. We have had to use it one time. Fine was reduced from speeding to littering so that it was not considered a moving violation nor will it affect his points, CDL or our personal insurance!

Hi Brickman hope you are still subscribed to this thread?

So whatever happened with your ticket using the Jim Klepper Plan? I am about to start OTR this month and want a plan. Klepper is less per month than the other company mentioned here. My driving record is spotless and not planning on tickets but cops may have other plans for me. My view is much like other forms of insurance, better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

If you get a plan you want to make sure it is not a referal plan. One that uses real lawyers with transportation laws expierience throughout the United States. We have it at work for a $1.50 a week.

Well I was hoping for not getting a speeding violation on my record. I would have been happy for a light out. The only thing they were able to do was get the record to read 8 to 10 over not the 10 to 15 that it was.
Much of their success depends on the judge they get that day.

I should be happy with what I got I guess.... 10 to 15 over isn't good news when Insurance comps go to look at your record.

I need to voice my opinion

I hate these guys with a passion. People try to lure you in for seems to be $40 a month and as soon as you sign up, the cost per month grows until it gets over your head. Also, they disturb you wherever you go. I had one guy try to lure me in at my old job, another at a gas station, and told one to F off at a diner when he bothered me and my family. I've had it with them and despise them with a passion. I have a good spotless MVR and have a good family lawyer for the just in case.
