| In my opinion it is a rip off. They try to tell you that you will have this little sticker that will scare the law off Like that will stop them from writing a ticket. I would imagine that most would write one just to show you what they think of the little sticker! Best advise is save your money. The money you pay could go for better things. Like something that works. Some would say just keep your nose clean and don't worry about it.

| Yep,if you are worried about it like no tarps says,I agree, save a penny a mile each week into a separate account,if you need it you will have it. If you do have a problem you can call any lawyer in the town or county you need, and use that local one,you have to pay now or later.. Best thing to do is not take chances and you will be ticket and accident free. Best of luck to you. Prepaid doesn't come back to you and it surely doesn't earn interest either, put the money aside and take it as a real safety bonus for yourself on the second year, leave a full penny a mile for a year in the bank, just in case you need it. |

| You don't even want to get me started on what a think of prepaid legal. If you get a ticket your best bet is to call the clerk and be real nice and ask them who is a good attorney to deal with a ticket issue. If you are very polite they will give up a well known attorney in the area that can handle it. I got lucky on one of mine and it was her husband, well lets say the ticket never even made it to court nor did I pay a dime for the ticket (paid him $200) They are very bad pre paid services. I had a ticket in Chicago and the attorney missed the court date, he then lied to me and the legal service place and told us that everything was taken care of. A year latter I get a letter from the court house stating I had 1 week to pay it or my license was suspended. I was so lucky I was home when the letter came because i usually stay out for 3-4 months at a time. Without getting into great detail I have a case ongoing against the attorney who lied and failed to deal with the issue. Yes they may have a lawyer in ever state but the quality of lawyer is the problem. The attorney who has case against the other attorney said that he sees this all the time with prepaid attorneys. they don't get [aid much so they put no effort towards the case thus leaving you out to hang. |

| I've been a member of Jim Klepper's service. I haven't had to use it. And its a far cry from $35 a month. Do a Google search.

| Short stack speed yea right remember alot of trucks can not go over 65 mph some do but probaly not the ones I would drive. Brickman your friend needs to have his head examied I would want the less expensive and pay for the low each time fee. I do not plan on getting any tickets but nice to know that you have someone in your corner pay them 100.00 for the ticket to represent you and that is alot less expensive than shutting the truck down for 1-2 days then having to pay a plane ticket. Or paying 35.00 each month and never use it or have them lie to you and loose your license for FTA. |
