If anyone does uses quickbooks for their records would you mind giving me some help. I'm slightly familiar with the program but most of the stuff I do was already set up and it's a completely different company. I'm setting up a new company for my husband so I'm not as sure of everything. The help is very appreciated.

just set up a category for trucking and then sub category's for fuel, tolls, repairs, parts, office supply's, tags, etc. , etc, etc,

I for sure know about backing it up! my office computer crashed saturday and I just about lost everything! we had back up my business and it had all my info saved! I entered my husband as a new company and set it up under trucking. I think I've got the basics of it.
