A Long Time Ago, on a webpage far, far away, a great man once pontificated on things legal... always with a lawyerlike disclaimer attached.... he had much, MUCH good information for truckers of all backgrounds and 'speriance levels. His handle was "Opie."
RECENTLY, I visited a tread, I THINK on this very website, that had one or 2 youtube videos about things legal in the trucking world. The lawyer who was speaking attested to being non other than, Mr Opie himself. Sadly, I can't find that link. However if someone else would help, I KNOW that he gives contact info so that you, yes YOU, trucker, can call him and ask for a tip, advice, or even help.

i use the lawfirm of http://swartz-legal.com/ there is several lawsuits pending against the largest trucking companies. im not sure if your looking for that or not. you should say what your looking for.
