The IRS gives help for people that didn't receive W-2's and 1099-R's.
If you are a business, you are suppose to be filing the 1040 and schedule C. Your receipts, records and accounting will suffice for tax purposes. Individuals get 1099's.
Your business income goes on line 12 and not line 7.
I might not be right, but that's my understanding.
I'll move this up to the tax forum and maybe someone can give you better advice.

Are you kidding me? you were booking freight and putting it on someone else's trucks and you did'nt know too get their EIN numbers/or ss#'s? Oh my goodness what is this industry coming too??
And people complain about Brokers! I would'nt have the slightest idea why that is!! Here's some more advice from an experienced Broker; go get yourself into a legit Broker school before you go any farther.....
