I'd be bored enough to cook, too, if I was limited to 56mph.

I personally witnessed a driver from one of the big companies. He had a 17" or 19" monitor, not computer, monitor sitting on the dash. Watching a movie, going down the highway. I could not believe my eyes, lucky they were governed, cause I caught up to make sure what I was seeing. :biggrin_2554: :biggrin_2552: I know they could not see everything in front of them.

Never done any of that. Only time I've cooked going down the road was with a small crockpot strapped down and would stir it when I stopped. I would start it before I went to bed and by the end of my 11 the next day, dinner was ready. Chicken and roast with seasoning's. #### good eattin' while on the road. It's cheap, and can eat left overs. Of course I don't have one of those cheap ### good for nothing coleman coolers. I have a small waste high dorm room fridge's that fit's perfectly in the space where the cabnet in a FL Century goes and even has a small freezer. Save's a hell of a lot of money and is a lot healthier.
