    Soooooooo....no matter how much kicking and screaming the drivers will do to voice their opposition, this eobr mandate will become law. Interesting.

    Oh, I forgot to comment on the five companies that initially made up the " Alliance for driver safety and security"... how can they be interested in a drivers safety or security when they dont want you to idle in extreme heat or cold in order to rest properly? The name of the alliance is actually pretty funny if you think about it, its like company truck drivers creating an organization called the "National Alliance of Trucking Companies". :biggrin_25523:
