Attempted Murder Charges for Trucker "Spy"

about time this skunk was given a taste of his own medicine.
his own videos should be used against him to show the fact that he alone was making himself a hazard on the road more than the truckers he "tattled" on.

 

The driver should have kept his cool ... everyone and their granny has a video camera phone these days - 10 seconds to upload to facebook, youtube, etc ...

It's a new age, we just have to adapt.

 

I've said this for over 30 some odd years...

There is NO way they will win that fight!

Yes, they might get some rounds off at my truck, but as it's coming at them they will be driving for their life because I WILL put that 32,000 pounds of MT truck on top of their car!

As in a accident or an attempt at running ME off the road, there WILL some part of you there to prove that you were involved in trying to pull me into your nightmare!

It's either going to be paint, bumper, the whole car and with a gun, a bullet hole in the truck and me on top of your arse! I will not go to jail or court alone! NEVER! I'll have company either dead or alive when it comes to my life over yours! ESPECIALLY if you think pulling a gun on me is called being a man!

Not only will I have a very heavy truck to plant on you I also have the tactical advantage of height over some idiot in a car! I'm right handed and ambidextrous so you're on either side and I can see you, guess what? 10 ring easily! Besides using a weapon in the right hand across the chest towards my left is as easy as out the passenger window for me! 44 years of practice with the same .45 Colt 1911 helps also!

But this moron? I can't wait to see what video proof he has as most of the crap on his site was just that. Crap and harassment!

It would be icing on the cake if the judge or DA goes through all his stuff as he puts locations on all the videos and count all his driving infractions and charges him for them also! Most will be blinker use but also tailgating and inattention to driving due to the use of those electronic devices he actually is stupid enough to film his arse using! Can we all say "suspended drivers license and fines out to yahoo?!?!?"

 

Give me one plausible scenario where a truck is trying to run you off the road and you actually have a clear shot at the driver who sits way above you from whatever car he was driving.

Im all for self defense, but its pretty clear that this douchebag was just pissed off at the driver. He wasnt shooting in self defense, he was shooting in revenge.

Well if he's anything like the Attorney I had, then he's screwed and he has no defense.

Just keep stalling and hope the statue of limitations runs out, or try and add trial time to the sentence.

If he can beat the attempted murder charge, then the others probably could be pleaded down to inside of 24 months.

And if it takes 16 months in court,,,,

 

I wonder if these delays are because the accuser (truck driver) has a hard time making it out there in a timely manor?
