Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

My check is waiting on me when i get home..... 65.18

Has anyone else gotten a payout check from the class action lawsuit that was brought against DAC/Hireright? I had one waiting for me when I got home this week for $18.96.

 

Someone in the JBS thread, I believe, said they got a check and it was legit. I think it was actually the guy that drives for Calex that lives in Calif. Hope that helps

Mostly the only ones that are eligible to receive those are the ones that have had unsubstantiated/detrimental things put on their DAC report and that have filed.

A bad DAC report is mostly a detrimental opinion of someone sitting in the office that has NEVER been behind the wheel of a big truck that you have pissed off. And it's another way they KNOW they can CONTROL you.

Kiss their nasty arses and keep your DAC clean,,lol,,just kidding.

Kind of wished I'd have gotten a bad DAC when I was a company driver,,I mean, wow, I could really use that $18+ for all the damage they would have done to my driving career.

When I applied at my current job almost 3 years ago I went ahead and got my free copy before I started the process. There was absolutely nothing on my DAC, good or bad. Then last year I get a notice from some law firm representing someone from Oklahoma in a class action suit. I kept the letter and then this past week I get this check.

I only hope there's 5 million people that got a check, maybe it will bankrupt this shady operation called DAC/Hireright.

 

Where's my check....that is one good steak dinner......not at T/A!
