Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

    I got one for 65.00$. I didn't even know that I was involved in a lawsuit . I'll take free money anytime some one to give it to me.LOL

    All OTR drivers were included. Last summer, they sent out forms to opt in with a claim.

    Based on that stuff, payouts were put in like 6 groups. I don't know the exact details.

    But the ones that done nothing, depending on which group you fell in got $11 up to $180 something.

    Those that actually filed a claim got up to $4000 according to the website.

    Then you got ones like me the check went to my old address. Who knows where it's at? :)


    I actually did receive a check for another truck driver. I guess the guy that owned my house before me was a truck driver also. It was a foreclosure when I bought it. There ain't no telling where he is at. I bet he was a lease driver. :)


    There's another big thread on this. I'll see if I can't find it and merge the two together.

    I don't think we met anyone that actually filed. There are groups on that side too. I sent them an email about the check I got and asked her how they decided the amounts. She said it depended on what group you were in.

    We're seeing all kinds of different amounts, so I'm not sure. Maybe they have a formula and are paying out according to whats on the DAC.

    I got a call the other day from my last boy at home;said he got and CASHED :biggrin_2556: (FORGED MY NAME) that postcard check,thought he said $67?

    Got my post card check about 3 weeks ago for 158 bucks, i threw it away because it looked like junk mail, then i remembered that letter i got about the law suit so i dug it out of the trash and took it to the bank the teller said it was real. I kinda feel bad i never told my wife about it LOL!!
