I hurt my shoulder lifting taking some time off been like 4 weeks and I'm going nuts not being able to workout

No pool. 50% of the time they seem to be within walking distance (even for me) of a Wal-Mart.. But I put on 670 mi. today to camp in Reno,NV and their could be one 50 ft away..The only thing I would do is watch the women go in and/or out.

It must be 200 degrees here.,And I'm having a 'Bad Hair Day.'

Completely OT, but I've run 700 miles in shift fairly regularly on e-logs...back on topic, I wish I could actually find a list I can access of the truck stop - or at least truck friendly - locations.

Great news! Every truck stop should have a gym. BMI would go way down. The hardest exercise at the gym is opening the front door.

The TA in Boise has a small gym with a universal weight machine, stair stepper, and bike. Looked like some quality equipment. I didn't see any truckers in there. I was gonna workout, but ended up walking right by it and over to the taco bell instead. But at least I thought about it!
