Gotta love the 45 MPH "work zones" around Chicago with lits of orange barrels and signs and cameras, but no workers. It's all for the workers dontchaknow. Gotta come up with more money to steal (it's been a few months since an Illinois governor got indicted so they're past due).

On a serious note, just slow down, it's not worth the hassel and if you DO cause an accident and are speeding, some states/areas have stiff jail penalties also if there are any injuries.
