Anything that uses petroleum derived fuels is up including water transport and this is also affecting everyone. Our local electric generating plants are surcharging heavily because it is costing so much more to transport the coal by barge to power stations along the Mississippi. Energy cost has to be factored in and budgeted for, it doesn't matter who you are or what you do, you still need energy to live and produce.
