    Indeed, consolidation of the suits to a class will limit their liability. Sure didn't limit their income when they were sold though.

    IMO 5 won't do it. Need about 500 suits or something like that to create a class action. Should be an easy argue for the plaintiff. Time will tell, up to the judge.
