Judge rescinds "imminent hazard" ruling against DND Transportation
An Illinois trucking company can get back on the road after an imminent hazard order against the business was rescinded by an administrative judge. DND Transportation of Naperville, Ill., appealed the out-of-service ordered issued against it by FMCSA on April 1, contending that the company did not have unsafe practices.

Yeah that's a crock! That place is no good! I did see a few of there trucks taking the name and info off the sides and are not leased on elsewhere. I drive past a yard the park at everyday and I figured this happened because a couple days ago half the trucks in the lot disappeared! Kind of scary!

How many fatalities will it take to shut down a fly by night trucking company?

Company is pretty much screwed anyway. Most of the drivers are gone as well as the customers by now. Guess they can start over from scratch.

Owner Natasha Dimitrievski says the driver involved in Monday night's crash was a contractor, not a company employee. She declined to name that independent owner-operator.

"I'm so very sorry. I am truly sorry, and I don't know what to say anymore," Dimitrievski said. "You can't be in the truck with the drivers so as much as we can do we control them.

But I'm not there in there so I don't know what they do. Only thing I know, my drivers logs that I receive. It's all good."

SURE, Load Fairy send pixie-dust-loads to drivers thru telekinetic brain connection from Boss Lady and magically office works without knowing anything, especially when loads were booked,

    when PU or DEL....

    Fuel tickets ALWAYS match....

Guess brokers must be involved too with info on updates.... #### Fairy...
